Phos

I Cacciagalli

Aglianico is the most common wine in Campania but the version that I Cacciagalli offers goes far beyond it. Aglianico is a grape imported to Campania from Greece (the name itself derives from the word Hellenic) and as the ancient Greeks Cacciagali's wine spend the aging process in a terracotta amphora. With its intense ruby colour and its strong body, you can pair our Phos with red meat or aged cheese.

Tramunte

Cantine Tagliafierro

This wine comes straight from the Amalfi Coast. It is a vulcanic red 50% Tintore and 50% Per e Palummo. Raffaele, the owner of Cantine Tagliaferro, is the ultimate incarnation of our motto "love, music and wine and revolution" and he is also one of our favourite human beings on this planet. He is a wine warrior, linked to his territory and started his brand from scratch and manages it with his family. His winne is just like him, strong, direct and delicious. You pair it at best with aged cheese, soups and red meat.

Lachryma Christi del Vesuvio Vigna Lapillo

Cantina Sorrentino

We all know about the tragic destiny of Pompei in 79 but not everyone knows that the Romans considered Mount Vesuvius Bacchus's Mountain. And it is right on mount Vesuvius that Cantina Sorrentino produce their wonderful vulcanic wines. The name itself is pretty evocative. The legend says that Lucyfer, falling from the sky, was so emotional while seeing the gulf of Naples that he started to cry and his tears generated the grapes for the Lachrima Christi. Despite the high alcohol percentage, the smooth taste of Lachryma Christi allows you to pair it with fish dishes and fresh vegetables.
